SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACT COURSE PADEL INDOOR

🎾 The contractor will be assigned a permanent indoor padel court by RacketSportSchiedam in one of the following periods: Winter season from September to March, Summer season from April to August or Year-round, starts in September or April. The center is closed on April 27 (King's Day), December 25 (Christmas Day), December 26 (Boxing Day), December 31 (New Year's Day) and January 1 (New Year's Day).

🎾 The number of rented track hours that apply in this period is stated on the invoice sent.

🎾 The management of RacketSportSchiedam reserves the right to change the court layout if it deems this necessary for the smooth running of events.

🎾 The total invoice amount must be paid into the account number of RacketSportSchiedam within 1 week after the date of the invoice. Payment also serves as confirmation!

🎾 The right to play starts after payment on the start date of the season period stated in the invoice.

🎾 After the payment term has expired, RacketSportSchiedam has the right to rent to others.

🎾 The rental period and assigned padel court are fixed after payment of the invoice and cannot be changed.

🎾 The contractor is responsible for the correct behavior of those who use rental law with him/her and for their compliance with these and the general terms and conditions.

🎾 It is permitted to allow other players to play on the rented court at the rented time. The tenant is not entitled to make up unused hours at another time.

🎾 It is prohibited to give or receive padel training/lessons on the rented padel court without written permission from the management.

🎾 To prevent injuries, pollution and wear of the surface, entering or playing the padel courts is only permitted with specific, clean and dry footwear. We recommend shoes with omni or herringbone soles.

🎾 Unlike the tennis hall, it is permitted to consume food and drinks in the padel hall. Glassware, etc. must be returned to the bar.

🎾 In the event that the indoor accommodation has to be closed by the government, the missed hours will be compensated in a period made available for this purpose or will be settled in a subsequent contract. Under no circumstances will there be a refund.

🎾 RacketSportSchiedam has the right to interrupt the contract period a maximum of 5 times per season for tournaments and/or events. The tenant will be 100% compensated for these unavailable hours by means of crediting or the option to come play at another time.

🎾 RacketSportSchiedam undertakes to notify the tenant of a tournament and/or event at least 2 weeks in advance.

🎾 If RacketSportSchiedam's business operations remain the same, contractors have the first right to continue the contract in the following season.

🎾 After payment, the agreement is concluded and the user/contractor declares to agree without reservation to the then applicable general and specific conditions and regulations.

These specific conditions have been established and entered into force on 1-6-2023
