SPECIFIC CONDITIONS SENIOR INTRODUCTION MEMBERSHIP & ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TENNIS OUTDOOR (INCL. RSS MEMBERSHIP)

> Outdoor courts can be reserved 21 days in advance. > A maximum of 2 active reservations per day possible, 1 during evenings and weekends.

> Other courses can be reserved for an additional fee.

> Co-players without membership must always pay extra. For fellow players with a membership for which different rules apply, an additional payment may be required.

🎾 The registration form and an associated Tennis Outdoor Annual Membership are strictly personal and can under no circumstances be transferred to third parties.

🎾 An annual Tennis Outdoor membership is concluded for an indefinite period with a minimum membership period of twelve months.

🎾 A Senior Introductory Tennis Outdoor Membership is concluded for two (starting) months.

🎾 A Senior Introductory Tennis Outdoor Membership only applies to new members and not to returning members.

🎾 A Senior Introductory Tennis Outdoor Membership is tacitly converted into a Senior Annual Tennis Outdoor Membership or a Senior Flexible Monthly Tennis Outdoor Membership.

🎾 An annual Tennis Outdoor membership always starts after the registration process. If the choice "Immediately" is made when registering as the starting time, the current month will count in full. The start date of the Annual Membership will therefore be set to the first of the current month.

🎾 An Annual Tennis Outdoor Member is automatically an RSS Member. See also SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS RSS MEMBERSHIP (INCL. RSS-KNLTB-MEMBERCARD).

🎾 An Annual Tennis Outdoor Member does not pay any additional costs for the RSS Membership.

🎾 An Annual Tennis Outdoor Member is automatically a member of the KNLTB and is therefore also insured against accidents.

🎾 A notice period of one full calendar month applies to the Annual Tennis Outdoor Memberships. Example: For an annual membership that started in April, cancellation must have taken place no later than February of the following year in order to cease membership on April 1. If cancellation is not made on time, the annual membership will automatically be extended for a minimum period of twelve months.

🎾 Cancellation must be made by email toledenadministratie@racketsportschiedam.nl. The cancellation will only take effect after confirmation of the message. The burden of proof of termination lies with the Tennis Outdoor members.

🎾 A cancellation of the Tennis Outdoor Annual Membership does not automatically apply to the RSS Membership. Cancellation of the RSS Membership must be done explicitly. See the specific terms and conditions of the RSS Membership.

🎾 To collect the membership fee (and costs for other chosen related membership products), RacketSportSchiedam uses direct debit per month.

🎾 A new or returning Annual Member pays a one-time registration fee of €20/administration costs. You can register as an Annual Member or reactivate an Annual Membership after cancellation at any time.

🎾 The registration fee/administration costs of €20 will be processed in the first payment month of the membership period.

🎾 The aim is for the collection to take place at the beginning of each month.

🎾 If you are unable to automatically collect the membership costs (and costs for other chosen related membership products) after the reminder, €10 in administration costs will be charged the following month.

🎾 RacketSportSchiedam reserves the right to refuse an Annual Tennis Outdoor Member access to the park if the amounts due have not been paid. In such a case, the costs continue as normal. If RacketSportSchiedam hands over an unpaid claim for collection, all costs will be borne by the defaulting Annual Member Tennis Outdoor. In all cases, the burden of proof of payment lies with the Tennis Outdoor Annual Member.

🎾 RacketSportSchiedam uses KNLTB.Club for the registration and administration of the Annual Memberships.

🎾 An Annual Tennis Outdoor Member is obliged to change data in a timely manner that is important to maintain correct administration.

🎾 To enter into a court or field rental agreement, an Annual Tennis Outdoor Member must make a reservation via the KNLTB ClubApp that RacketSportSchiedam uses or behind the login on the RacketSportSchiedam website.

🎾 As a Tennis Outdoor Annual Member, you are allowed to bring someone without RacketSportSchiedam membership as a guest. A proportionate part of the court rent is charged for an guest.

🎾 One of the members who is part of a court or field rental agreement (a reservation) is obliged to confirm the reservation at least 10 minutes prior to play. A reservation for which payment has been made via the ClubApp or RacketSportSchiedam website must be confirmed with one of the employees behind the bar. A reservation for which no payment has been made via the ClubApp or RacketSportSchiedam website must be confirmed at the Kiosk with the RSS-KNLTB Membercard. If a reservation is not confirmed in time with the RSS-KNLTB Member Card at the Kiosk, the court or field will be returned to the system or the court or field will be available for rental again.

🎾 It is prohibited to give or receive tennis training/lessons on a reserved court/field without explicit permission from the management.

🎾 Courses and fields that are made available for competitions, tournaments or otherwise are only available to the relevant target group. The opportunity to play for non-participants during these activities is limited or not possible without RacketSportSchiedam having to pay compensation for this.

🎾 After completion of registration, the agreement is concluded and the user/Annual Tennis Outdoor Member declares to agree without reservation to the applicable general and specific terms and conditions and regulations.
